Even though Siemens is a large corporation with a long history, it works very hard to stay on top of its game: investing, transforming, changing, getting prepared for the future.
Proud of the team: I love working within a team of highly motivated talents that have ambitious targets for themselves and the organization. Understanding drivers, gaining insights from multiple perspectives, driving decisions that will make us better – a bit every day.
Africa stole his heart: I have the best memories of visiting the Okavango Delta in Botswana, Africa. It’s a magical place where a river ends in the middle of the Kalahari Desert, resulting in a breathtaking natural habitat. When I last visited, there was no mobile phone reception either, making it the perfect holiday destination!
Lessons learned: Surround yourself with good talents. Listen and learn. In fact: Never stop learning and never stop challenging yourself, and your biases. The world is changing!
