Originally from: Green Bay, Wisconsin, US (Go Pack go!)
Currently based: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, US (The Steelers are ok too)
Education: Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University, and Master of Business Administration from the University of Louisville
Siemens tenure: A decade of experience in various parts of Siemens
Motivated by change: At Siemens, we solve big problems that serve to improve lives – and we have done so for over 170 years. I get up and go to work motivated by the fact that even in very small ways I can impact our business and the world in a positive way.
Spread the word: If I had one message to the world it would be, you make a difference. Preserving the planet and enriching the lives of all its people is a big challenge that will take everyone playing a part.
Lessons learned: Adapt and overcome. The path to success is littered with mistakes and missteps. Keep at it and you will usually succeed.
Fresh air lover: When I’m not in the office, you can find me outside! I love to travel and explore new places, but I also love going back to Wisconsin. There is something about being in the small community where my dad was raised overlooking Lake Michigan that always reminds me of how big the world is and how connected we all are.
